By entering the Calling All Roscato Stars Contest (the “Contest”) you may provide, and we may collect your (i) Instagram/TikTok name handle, (ii) your name, address, (iii) date of birth, (iv) email, (v) and cellphone number. For the avoidance of doubt, we may collect any information you voluntarily provide through direct messages or forms used to confirm eligibility, verify contestant ages including any persons who may be visible in the photographs created for this Contest, and to deliver prize winnings.
2.HOW INFORMATION IS USED:
Your information may be used for: (i) managing and facilitating this Contest, (ii) verifying that you and anyone featured in the photographs are at least twenty-five (25) years or older, (iii) contacting potential winners, (iv) delivering disposable cameras and prize merchandise; (v) reposting or promoting such content; and (vi) for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, your data may be shared with third party providers in facilitating this Contest. Furthermore, Palm Bay International may use your data to share upcoming promotional and marketing content.
3.PRIVACY RIGHTS:
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to (i) know what personal data Palm Bay International has collected; (ii) requesting the correction of inaccurate information; (iii) requesting the deletion of your personal information; and (iv) opting out of sale sharing and marketing or promotional activities. 4.AGE RESTIRCITONS:
This Contest is open to anyone residing in the continental United States of America who is twenty-five (25) years or older. Palm Bay International does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 25 for this Contest. If Palm Bay International learns that such data is collected for people under 25, the data shall be deleted immediately.
5.SECURITY AND RETENTION:
TextRebates works together with Palm Bay International in gathering your personal information for this contest. TextRebates shall maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your data and will retain your information only for the purposes of this Contest and subject to Section 3 of this Privacy Policy, unless required longer by applicable law. For the avoidance of doubt, some data may be retained for the purposes of future marketing promotions by Palm Bay International.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Meta Platforms Inc. By entering, you agree to release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms Inc. of any liability related to this Contest.
7.ELIGIBILITY DISCLAIMER:
This Contest is open only to individuals twenty-five (25) years of age or older in their state of residence. This Contest is voided were prohibited or restricted by law. Palm Bay International reserves the right to disqualify all persons are under the age of twenty-five (25).
8.ENTRY DISCLAIMER:
There is no purchase necessary, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All entries must not include offensive, illegal, or misleading content and Palm Bay International reserves the right to disqualify any and all persons who submits such offensive, illegal, or misleading content, content which violates the platform rules, the company standards, and applicable laws.
9.RIGHTS TO USE CONTENT:
By entering this Contest, you grant Palm Bay International a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost and use your submitted content for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and digital and printed advertising materials.
10.WINNERS:
Winners will be contacted via Instagram/TikTok direct message, email, mail, or text (data rates may apply). Winners must respond within 48 hours and must verify the ages of all persons depicted in their content. If a Winner does not respond within 48 hours or fails the age verification process, Palm Bay International reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
11.CONSENT:
By checking yes below, and submitting this form, you agree that you: (i) are twenty-five (25) years or older; (ii) consent to the collection and processing of your personal information identified in Section 1 of this Privacy Policy; (iii) understand your personal data shall be used in accordance with Section 2 of this Privacy Policy; (iv) understand that your information will be handled securely and maintained by TextRebates; and that you may withdraw your consent by contacting us at info@textrebates.com.
